PRYOR, Oklahoma - Hwy 69 in Pryor is now open, although the highway is reduced to two lanes. Around 11 am yesterday a boring contractor came across an un-locatable 12" water line and drilled right through it. This caused damage to all four lanes of the highway. Pryor Street Department, Pryor's Municipal Utility Board, and Dunham Asphalt worked throughout the day to repair the two northbound lanes and had them open around 7 pm last night...
